DESCRIPTION:At CHC we believe in offering people hope in Jesus Christ. We are living in a time of great uncertainty\, where the world is constantly changing and prices are constantly increasing. We know that many people feel lost and like they can’t cope with all that life throws at them. Every week we’re intentional about reaching out by delivering food hampers to the most vulnerable in our local community. Our team are highly experienced in helping people overcome all types of addiction and life controlling issues. We know one of the biggest problems at the moment is making ends meet\, so we can also help with budgeting finances and getting free from debt. We are available to arrange confidential support\, home visits\, prayer or simply to chat over the phone.
